To me it seems, he has lost it, for good
Deluded, and Liar is not enough
A new immediate Election

He cannot Order things

Can Somebody intervene
He needs Medical Attention
Before the GOP, decides to re Elect him
OUT OF FEAR
So let us pray, he gets the Medical Attention
He Needs, and USA and the World
Can get on Saving the Planet
And Not Destroying It
