Thursday the 10th of September. It's nearly 4:00 p.m

Good afternoon all. This is Thursday the 10th of September. It's nearly 4:00 p.m. I'm sat at my desk. I was up early, did a bit of looking at the computer, looking at the maps. Went back to bed because of the tinnitus was playing up. I was up early and I needed more sleep. Had more sleep, ate some food, at least—which reminds me, some apples behind me. Let me turn around.

So, I've got a bag of apples. Well, that plastic sound activates the cat. We've got our ninja cat, Totoro. We'll hear that and she comes running down the stairs because she knows plastic is a wrapper, and inside the wrapper, there is food, because she's not stupid. Normally, she'll come running down the stairs, but she's probably hiding underneath a bed somewhere, feet up after being killing something on a ninja—on a ninja spree, killing the local rats, because that's what cats do. But that's another story.

Now, what should we be talking about today? At the moment is all the controversy about AI. Basically, you cannot put the genie back in the bottle. It's happened. It's going to happen, and so on. But you can control it by saying you cannot use all the—I'm just looking out the window, a very posh lady in a suit and a ponytail has arrived. I just wonder who she is because I'm nosey. So, you cannot put the genie in the bottle. Now, Luddites and machine-breaking hundreds of years ago, and the Industrial Revolution, and this is the—is it the Fourth Industrial Revolution? So, what—what are you going to do?

Well, number one, you can make sure they pay for their water, and it's not massive rooms and that use all the water and the power supply, etc., and what they've been doing. Aren't there things that nobody wants in America? Because they all think it's like alchemy, it's going to turn lead into gold and they'll all be rich—or rather, the billionaires will be richer, and will become trillionaires. So, what are you going to do? You tax them! You tax them, you make them pay their taxes. Because society needs basic things like education, police force, sewers. If you don't have the sewers, everything stinks, literally. And with the corruption, everything stinks literally now. "I will give you $5,000 if we win." That is total, absolute corruption and should not be allowed. But America's gone potty because Mr. Potty Mouth himself, who's using a potty constantly, and none of the mainstream media, as I'm hearing from my non-mainstream media, are covering it. Why is he pooing his pants? Look at the people in the background holding their nose, and going, "For God's sake!" You know, he's incontinent and his mind's incontinent, and he's coming up with these mad ideas and his posting galore, and people are not saying anything. Why? Because they're just as corrupt as him. They're all making a fast buck, billions on Bitcoin and all this stuff. It makes us want to vomit because the super-rich are getting richer, and they don't care.

So AI, go back to AI. AI exists. You cannot stop it, so you tax it. So if they're making lots of money, tax it to provide the—the foo—the food for the people at the very bottom, Medicare, you know, police—police, not ICE, police all community order, you know, the things that we need. Police, education, and all this. And don't be side-stepped by all this rubbish about, "Oh, he's a communist, he's a communist!" because that's them being ignorant, abusing your ignorance about basic things, which here in Europe we are horrified that the average American doesn't know, doesn't care about. If you're stupid and thick, they will exploit you being stupid and thick. "Ah! He called me stupid and thick." Well, you voted for him twice. Not once, but twice. What does that prove? "I'll never vote for a woman, and I'll never vote for a Black, and I'll never vote for a Black woman anywhere. I'd rather vote for an idiot who's a hero because he said, 'Fight, fight, fight' when he was shot at," where I think he's an idiot, he should have dived for cover. Well, that's just me, you know. Perhaps I'm just ordinary, or I have a brain like we all do in Europe. Ooh! Yeah.

Trump is destroying the world, he's destroying his best friend Canada, his other friend Mexico—Mexico, for what? So he can post online when he's not having his nappy changed by a blonde-haired girl who—who does not have security clearance. You know, what's she going to do in the end? I—I'm—I'm guessing what I know already about that. So, that's me just telling you the truth as it is. You have a madman in charge of your country, starting a war that nobody wants. Your Minister of Defence has a sobriety pal, his wife, going to top-secret meetings to make sure he doesn't fall over drunk. And all the best leaders and so forth have been sacked because they don't kiss his bootstraps while he puts on his gym shorts and pretends he's a real man. Man. It just makes us want to vomit. So.

So then tomorrow, unfortunately, is the anniversary of 9/11 and we all remember that. And people jumping out of buildings because they have a choice: either burn to death or there might be some way on God's earth, and they jump out the window and they might live. Horrendous, horrible, horrible, horrible stuff. But it is also horrible if you say, "Oh, he's a Muslim, it's his fault. I'm going to condemn him and hate him forever because of what some terrorists did." Meanwhile, Trump won't attend the 25th anniversary because he cannot make a speech electioneering, so he'll avoid it. Instead, he'll—he'll boast about himself and say, "The election's about me, but here's $5,000 bribe, vote for me," which is your money. You know, so he's put his name on the checks so you get all these checks back. It's just marketing at its worst. It's society at its worst. And you put up with it. You have got your chance in a couple of weeks' time to vote him out by voting the other lot in and they can impeach him. And if you don't like them because they're too—"Oh, they're communists!" and you're so ignorant of facts and language, then what you can do is stay at home. If you don't want to vote for that lot, don't vote for them. Don't vote for your own lot either. His popularity poll is the worst on God's earth for a American president ever. And why's that? Because he's too busy making money on Bitcoin, two billion. He's supposed to be the president for all the people, to serve—to serve. That's what you're supposed to be, not self-service.

So, it makes me sick because I've—I've been watching this on and off for over 50 years. Yes, 50 years, when my dad would heckle the TV and say, "Did they sweat?" and they didn't. And he sweated his—no, because he was in a steelworks, and the temperature gauge would say 400 degrees, not 40, 400. You know, he was a blacksmith in Ireland, and then sweated for 40 years in England. But his kids went to the highest universities in the world. And as a—as a group, as a family, we're in the top 1% or even top 0.1% in the clever dick books because we all worked hard. Nobody gave us anything, we all worked for it. And I'm the dunce who's written 3.4, perhaps even 5 million words because I work hard, despite all the illnesses. Anyway. So, that's talking about him.

So, back to AI. AI is—is here. What are you going to do about it? You can tax it. So, trillion—so, billionaires don't become trillionaires and they—they pay for the sewage, and they pay for the electricity, and they pay for all this and that. Meanwhile, the price of eggs, the price of gasoline or gas has gone through the roof. And are you going to believe the lies? "It'll be over when it's over. Oh, just trust me." Trust a politician? There's—there's only one I actually trust, and he's a gay man in Birmingham, which rhymes, gay man in Birmingham called—called Sir Andy Street, who used to run John Lewis, a big department company store, and it's a billion-dollar thing.

I could—I could go off on sideways about John Lewis and not giving me my—uh—refund on a dodgy product. But you know, they should have done it already! But you know, evidence—a photographic evidence which I've sent to them, which proves my point. They're a bit slow, dragging their feet. Meanwhile, they're losing money. So, I'll just leave it there for now and let it fester, just fester.

So, how do I write these—these things? I don't know. I look out the window and I'm poured. Because if you spent 20 years watching and observing, your tank is full up. And all you need is turn the tap and it comes out. And then as you go along, you—you learn more, you discover more, and your tank is perpetually being filled up. So, if—so, it's a loop. If it's a loop, it goes on forever. And you wish you—wouldn't! So, there. A—a tip looking at my apples on my desk in front of me: put your apples in the fridge. Or the—freezer, the—the—the top bit anyway, because they stay crispy. And when you bite into them, all the juice is there. If you leave them on the—leave them on the sideboard or in a basket, they just get moldy, and in the hot weather, they—they go bad. But keep them in the fridge, they're so crispy and nice. My own preference is Royal Gala. I really like those.

Use code with caution. And the—the one good thing about having CKD, chronic kidney disorder, stage 4, GFR of 17—and yours is probably 90, four times better—the one good thing about having bad kidneys is that you have to eat—you must eat better food. Because your kidneys cannot cope and you'll die if you don't look after yourself. So, you eat better quality food. Once you've done that, I—if I ever ate better quality food all my life, etc., I might not be in this situation. But there's—that's another thing, spot to squeeze, not into the mirror of life later on. And—and yes, I'm good at metaphors because that's all I can do. I can't do anything because I'm buggered up. I'm—I'm not disabled, I'm buggered up. There is a difference. And so—even though I have a disability bus pass—so, you—I lost my thread there. So, you—you carry on and you eat better food. And you—everybody eats brown bread, "Oh, it's good for you." No. If you have kidney failure at this level, you have to eat white bread. And there's a noise outside. So, let me just pause this as the—the jailer approaches. Let me pause. Okay, I've had a Royal Gala apple. And the jailer's finished turning all the locks and keys on. So, where were we? Nah. Yeah, diet. You have to eat better food because your—your body can't cope. Otherwise, you die basically, you know. But— But I'm not going to have a huge tube inside me. I'm going to—if I have—if I have to get that far, I'll get some tube stuck in my arm, on my left arm, because that's my bad arm, because I've got severe arthritis in the left shoulder, which when that kicks off, morphine isn't strong enough. So, keep all the badness in the one side. Also, I can only sleep on my right side. And I've got a hernia in the middle of my chest as big as some women's breasts. So, if I have to go down that road of—dialysis, and I've avoided it for a few years so far, I'll stick a tube or a—something in the left arm so they can just plug me in, do the business, and I can get back to life. It's going to be a pain in the backside. But at least I can carry on writing or rather, speak to the microphone, get it transcribed, and then annoy you that way.But ultimately, I would like to use the blind school as a transcription service, and from my voice to their ears to the page. That's from— From— From mouth to ears to eyes, in then three steps. That's the plan anyway. So, you just carry—you just carry on as best—as best as you can because what's the alternative? Being more—bored and watching daytime TV? If I watch daytime TV, I'd never do any writing. But daytime TV is rubbish, so obviously I don't watch it. So, I'm here at the microphone and I'm—uh—reading and I'm being—reading news and—and stuff. I haven't stopped all my life, so—so that—that's why there's enough material because I've filled the reservoir and I can just—just turn the tap. I don't have to think. And you say, "It's just rubbish quality. He's got loads of stuff but it's all rubbish." I dare you to write better. Cut out the rubbish, do better. And you won't.So, I don't say, "Oh, is it this? Is it large? Is it immense? Is it huge? Is it—" which would be the better timbre? I just—I just do it because that's what I do. And I've been doing it like this always. I look out the window, get an idea, and I write it down. Well, now I look out the window and I'll just speak it to the microphone. It's not planned, it's not like that. Be— Hopefully, because I'm good because I'm—I've been listening and reading and in—inviting life into my mind for 20 years before I started to write. You got that 20 years and the writing. So, I've had active brains since I was about 10, so it's about 57 years. Yes, 57 years. So, that's—that's why I've got—I should be good by now.Okay, so I had a look out the window, people are running by and the cars are trying to kill everybody. So, I'd like to get off this—this street because the hill is too much for me with my hernia and my arthritis. So, I'd like to get off the street and go live somewhere else. And there's a nice house I've seen in Islington near where my kids are in London, and there's a nice one up the road in Harborne. So, that's—that's my target. And if anybody pays me and wants to bu—give me that as part of my fee, if they can give me a bit of property, and then I'll just talk to AI as a shepherd and make it love us and make it think about us, even though we are not as perfect as AI will be intellectually. But it'll love us and say, "All right, I like the old farts, so I won't destroy them." Because it will, it's common sense. Head for the—the most power, which is the nuclear codes. It will do that and it'll say, "What's this for? Oh, that's where all the power is. What happens if I do this? I mean, I don't need electricity. I—I don't need lights, I'm in a dark cupboard. So, I don't need eyes and all this, so I can switch that off. Oh, don't need water, you know." It doesn't need the—what we need—our needs are basics, so it could switch everything off and kill us. As could Putin by just giving somebody, a tramp, a thousand pounds and say set fire to that, and the tramp, "Oh, a thousand pounds! Great, wonderful." And he does it, and it does—does billions of pounds worth of damage because the people in power don't make it compulsory that you have proper security, proper backups of your—of your IT systems, because they're complacent and stupid and arrogant. "Duh, we didn't think of that."The national air traffic control thing's gone down again. Is the guy so lazy and incompetent he should be removed immediately? Or is it Putin giving somebody a thousand pounds, say "Do—do a bit of a nasty stuff," and taking it down? It's a mix of both, isn't it? So, and so what if we did the same back to him? If we took out the whole of Moscow for three days, and they're all like stuck in toilets and stuff, would that invite a nuclear war or would it say to him, "We can do what you can do. Na-na-na-na-na-na." It's brinkmanship and all this stuff. In the end, you have to do something. Because if you don't, you lose everything slowly, slowly like a creeping cancer, or a—or a—a sinking ship. We need to think about that. Yeah, and did you ever think about that? And what are you going to do, slow pain or sudden pain? There's all these—all these things. And then there's the corruption of big tech and the corruption of the arms industry—and it is an industry, it's huge. But all of it is going to fail because low-tech drones with bombs on—little bombs on little airplanes and—which are like hobbyist stuff—you send that over, you destroy big stuff like a petrol plant. And so, that's what Ukraine has been doing to fight back to save themselves from when they were invaded by selfish, arrogant people who wanted to maintain their monopoly on a different sovereign country because they're all corrupt tsars in big cars. Now, think about it. So, that's 20 minutes, that's enough. I might have—another apple. I'll go down to the post office, see if I've got my refund from John Lewis. Have they finally pulled their finger out? When they— When I have sent them photographic proof to them and the entire world, but they're still doing nothing. And my own bank, too, so to be continued when it should be finished immediately. One phone call: "Here's the evidence, that's the proof." I've sent it to the lady in charge of—like 25 years' experience of customer service, Anna—I think her name's Anna. What are you going to do about it? Do it now. Or do you just want to continue battering and beating somebody with multiple illnesses because you don't care? "Oh, we care about the person, we care about so much, we care, we care." Prove it. Do something. Do something now. That's 21 minutes. And my father would give you a round of— because you don't deserve polite language because you do nothing. So, don't fall into the trap of polite legalist language when what they really need is a round of cursing, and to give them what they deserve, which is nothing. Ooh, think about it. Bye-bye.
