pain monster

well its 2am the pain monster is back so I had to get up , when i'm so tired i fall over i'll go back to bed then i'll sleep through the pain.

i'll delete this in am

but this is the other side of the coin of my life.

i get to spend lots of time with my kids these past years

i do loads of writing

but pain shadows me
