it took an hour for it to calm down yesterday
i cannot do anything when this happens

and tinnitus means I can never sleep
till totally exhausted I do fall asleep
then within 2 hours or 90 mins even
i awake like a vampire from the grave
so i use my nighttimes
to send an email or two to Moscow
in the hope of changing them
