well I was up early, Tinnitus screaming

so I had breakfast and pottered for a bit then went back to bed

I did distribute a few Shamrock before I hid in bed

This afternoon I got the results of my latest bloods

yes Stage 4 Kidney Failure

But I've managed to keep the Dialysis at bay

By drinking 2 litres of lemon dilute daily

plus  loads of fresh fruit, and some veggies

Korean style

I'm a Gorilla with a Rosary

I've managed a year of stable Gfr more or less

I recently lost 10 kilos plus because I'm hiding from Tinnitus

and not eating as much,so i've lost weight

But I'm still 18.5 stones or 117 kilos

and I'm 5'10" so if I were to slap you

it would hurt

It's turned 6 pm now

so Muslim readers can break fast soon

as darkness descends

Irish readers are getting ready for the bar

as its March 17th Saint Patrick's Day

and yes my family is Casey from Kerry

though we stretch to Shanghai now

I'll check out Trump on the news in a. bit
