My day is strange as usual
tinnitus prevents sleep
so I get up for breakfast and meds

where i get 2 hour windows of sleep
when I awake the Tinnitus is lurking
to SCREAM at me
then I get another couple of slots of sleep
before finally getting up
Its not a nice life
