I had a load of Ukrainian readers on My Blogger so I’ll load up the Ukrainian stuff again

Now for information, I wrote the Three Cousins stories before Putin lost his mind

in the stories 3 cousins from where 3 countries make love on the map

Poland/Ukraine and Russia in a little village called Popaloffoff

so maybe in the future you’ll ….

As for BBU this is The Butcher The Baker and The Undertaker

I first finished that on 29th Feb 1988, so its 35 years old

I dream of writing a sequel Tears for a Butcher

I’ve written 1 and a half chapters

BUT i’ll probably never finish it

as a book is a year of your life

and with my Tinnitus, its hard enough to write a short story

But God is Good and maybe I’ll meet a speed typist from the Far East

we go on to have 4 children and form a Kpop band with me as the manager

The reality is that I may end up needing Dialysis in a few years time

on top of my Tinnitus and Arthritis and massive headaches and CkD

so obviously some would say I’m on the scrap heap already

but you never know God might say,

quiet day hiding from Tinnitus

quiet day hiding from Tinnitus

got up finally 

say Better Call Saul

he's lost his Kim

maybe she's in North Korea

I need to lose the processed salt in my diet

I have never sprinkled any

but read the labels and its frightening

so 2 staples of mine will disappear

Ckd and all that

want to avoid a tap in my arm 

and dialysis and all that

3 days a week 4 hours at a time

that'd really be too bad

even if I did it on the late shift

So to prevent and avoid all that

potentially I'll finally read the labels

25 GFR is too low

other reasons too

so lets see what I can do

TINNITITUS though is the worst part of my life

so lets see what I can up with 

If I ate beans and eggs combined and scrambled

I'd fart a lot

but I'd have central heating for FREE

I had to slap on the Hemp Oil Joint Cream

this works wonders and is a 1/3 of price of Voltorol

which is bad for kidneys

 i used a lot

and I use it every single day, pain killer on shoulder

and paracetamol every single day too

hence why I switched to Hemp Oil Joint Cream

and for idiots reading this

you cannot smoke it, it is legal

and has all the hippie stuff removed

what else can I say

Message from my small daughter she walked 13k today

I told her I did 26 miles or nearly 42k

in a day in the summer of 1976 when we  had a heatwave 35 degrees or so

3 times further than she did today

I do have very strong legs

which lent a vein into my heart back in 2015

so then you are targeted for stuff

You’re Never Alone When You Are in Love ©

Love is being together , Love is a smile , a Look , A Touch

Or Just A Sigh , Not really knowing why you chose one another .

Yet Together Till You Die

Love is a Kiss soft and gentle on the cheek which warms your

heart and makes you glad you chose one another .

A Kiss can lead to more but I’ll leave Passion locked Safely

behind a bedroom door

Passion spent you’ll not give up each not even for Lent .

You’ll just lie in warm embrace and remember you forgot to say

grace .

Whispers and Promises are made , plans for the future and if

she put her hair this way , Do you think it would suit her ?

Then giggles and more embraces , Till the Night is over and with

a dig in the ribs you make him move over .

Then your oneness complete , you have to put up with his cold feet !

But when you are apart your hearts are still one ,

Thought half is absent you are still one .

His socks under the bed , and after what you said .

His “toys” scattered about , and the clout you’ll give when he

returns and the warmth of your body he yearns .

His cold feet to chill you after he thrills you , are absent yet the

thought makes you smile , at least you have the comfort for a while.

His grins and leers , which makes you smile at least you’ll have

peace for a while .

But his heart is still with you , the love is always there – as

bright as your fair hair .

Close your eyes and he is still there , Remember the embrace as

he played his fingers across your face .

Let your dreams go and remember the whispers in your ear, warm

kisses on your shoulder before he gets bolder . The warmth of love

that soars through your blood .

Dream long , Dream deep , your Man toils while you sleep, though

you are apart you are still together whatever the weather , for you

are never apart for he is locked in your heart .

Though sometimes he can be trying , there’s Never any need of

crying for your love is Undying.

Always remember he fills your heart even when you are apart
