shocking day for noise in my head and pain in my upper body
This is distraction therapy
as is singing along
It might be hours
before it calms down
Tinnitus can be a tear drop slowly falling
to a Tsunami choking you
A wall of pressure in your head
with crushing you from the inside
Or do you think this is vacuous nonsense
that's your lot for today
I hope we can get a nicer house on the flat
No more hills to climb
just hope, which is a prayer
