You were wondering how i chose what to write about

look out the window see a child minder dragging a toddler along

in the rain, ignoring the toddler cos she is too busy on the phone

so I throw a HO HO HO and the child stops crying

but the girl is still on the phone

defiant you don't know what I'm doing she says

I do know

you are a bad childminder

IF you were calling parent

STOP and do it properly

but you were scrolling

Makes me sick

Children are not a one night stand

YOU love them and treasure them

I've seen too many phone parents

GET OFF THE PHONE and TALK to them

even if you are a bored child minder

those precious minutes make all the difference

will any of the neglected kids

visit you every single day for 3 years

I did

AND I akd my own daughters 

did I talk to you much when you were small

DAD YOU NEVER STOPPED

treasure and look after your kids

because in an instant

they are at the TOP universities in the world

and time has passed away

SO that one look out the door and recorded 

on multiple RING DOORBELLS

is just how a story passes by and I hook it up

Different cultures have different views too

BUT LOVE LOVE LOVE

is the one and only message

and when I write I hope you feel the love

and the laughter too

P.S Our Childminder has a degree in microbiology too

her husband died of a bad heart 10 years ago around the time

I  had a Quadruple heart bypass

So there by the Grace of God I'm still here talking to you

while she has 2 daughters and misses her husband
