keep the rubbish out, probably me
but my rubbish is far better than some of the rubbish i read everywhere
the intensitivity of the tinnitus today brought tears to my eyes
and then the arthritis was beyond belief
days like today. bring home how weak I am
i was up at 4.30 with tinnitus blaring
and spent 8 hours surfing it
the rain and drizzle and fog
all trigger my tinnitus more
i sent a speculative email out again today
but the gatekeepers block
so it's their loss
i don't have the energy or time to follow ordinary paths
