horrendous tinnitus today

I was up early cos he noise was so much

then i took refuge on the sofa behind

finally with the heat rising i hid in my bed

i can only rest/sleep in one position due to my body

arthritis and back

finally i had a very hot bath and a sing song to annoy the neighbours

tinnitus still a horror

very good changes but frankly obvious, to me anyway

i got y faith from my mother

and she prayed more than any priest

now to some i'm a heretic for saying obvious
