a bowl of needles boiling in a saucepan
the sound in my head, as the cold air hits my ears
is unbearable
so now you know what my Tinnitus is like
i may attempt to go to the post office
but really its safer not to attempt it
My Jamaican Rosary style beads arrived in the post today
So I''ve given them a spin
so relieved that things were not even worse
Things can be replaced, but people are priceless
so Everybody keep of praying for folks over there
