My routine

I finally get up after beating Tinnitus

I have breakfast and my meds

then i start my day

I put music though a Smart Speaker in my study

Right this instant it is Crossroads by Cream

My big brother used to play that 55 years ago

on 14 through a reel to reel tape recording

my mum used to bang on the front room door

Mr Dixon is on nights next door

my brother got into Queens Oxford

so Eric must have helped

So I get to my desk and try and remember all my passwords

Then I look at 3 newspapers

Plus a couple of foreign ones via emails

I'll have a quick flip at utube news too

Then I'll check my Wordpress

after that I check my Bloggers , this one being the main one

the other 2 are kind of security back ups

I did work in a computer room back in 1978, nearly 50 years ago

My Oxford brother said Try Computers and I did

and Yes SINGAPORE loves me

ok, not me, they think I stink, maybe

because its such a small place

So thats how I spend a few hours

with toilet breaks, CKD means more than you have

I also have PAIN attacks

My left shoulder plays up 

So I slap on the pain killer

I also look at Rightmove

the property site and dream where I'd live

my final years literally

THEN once I've finished on the COMPUTER

I may lie on the sofa behind me and listen to hours of Music

Depends how my Tinnitus and Pain are attacking  me

OR I'll watch TV news

and Midas Touch Network, or Legal AF

for a view of USA

Before watching Films on TV

Or James May who I've recently discovered

in Japan and Italy

My dad was a Blacksmith James

so maybe I'll be worthy of being ignored by him too

Then I'll let Totoro our  cat out multiple times

because she's a WHOer cat

before she comes in very late

and we all go to bed

BUT  I don't sleep because of my tinnitus

finally I get enough sleep and its the next day again

I may get up for the day

OR go back to bed as I still exhausted due to the tinnitus

Then

Finally I'm here

Talking to you all again

Repeat till I die

or you all puke all over your monitor
