Today turned into one of the worse of my life I was SCREAMING IN PAIN
Noise in my Head was horrible too
and shoulder pain off chart
so don't moan if you are not getting anything new
And was today Mary saved the world with her Rosary
Putin will be done soon
Ukraine will get a rest
But as ever if you all pray as much as I'm in pain
Then the results will be good
And Singapore, wear a vest when you go out
