I’ve really enjoyed Vincenzo, and my Korean translations are doing well according to the download figures, though the Arabs and 300 and Not out are in the lead.

I've updated this 15th Sept 2024 I'm Michael Casey from Birmingham England, the fat silver haired writer in shades. Having the Tinnitus experience

was up early to join the telephone line for GP, doctor's appointment

they are like golden tickets here in uk

eventually I was seen via the phone and I'll get my regular meds

its so that you don't stay on stuff forever without being checked out

and spoken too

my GFR remains at 22 by the way, so I'm staying steady

and I can avoid Dialyis, I never want to go down that road

Stage 4 kidney failure is were I am as for as I know

Eating as much fruit and veg as a Gorilla seems to have paid off

that and Rosaries, I'm far from holy

but I'm avoiding dialysis with prayers in my non sleeping nights
